Parts Delivery Driver
Banks Chevrolet is looking to hire a full time Parts Delivery Driver. The right candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, have good attention to detail, and willing to learn. We are looking for someone who can safely, accurately, and efficiently get our wholesale customers the parts they ordered in a timely fashion. Looking for someone that has a good driving record. You would be driving one of our delivery trucks. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and criminal background check.
Hours
- 7:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday
Part Delivery Driver - Essential Duties-
- Accurately and efficiently load and unload the invoiced parts from our inventory
- Plan and follow the most efficient route for timely deliveries
- Deliver parts to customers while providing exceptional customer service
- Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Report any vehicle issues or malfunctions promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to learn to drive our forklift
