Shipper / Receiver

Banks Chevrolet is looking to hire a full time shipper receiver warehouse assistant. The right candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, have good attention to detail, and willing to learn. The shipper receiver is responsible for receiving our orders from the various suppliers we deal with.

Hours

• 7:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday 
• 7:30 - 12:00.  Every other Saturday

Parts Warehouse assistant - Essential Duties

• Checking in and putting away our daily orders and all other inbound and outbound freight
• Putting away stock orders
• Pulling parts for delivery drivers
• Processing returns
• Assist the shop in bringing parts out to the techs
• Help with deliveries to wholesale customers when needed.
• Help maintain our  inventory accuracy
• Receive and locate tires
• Carrying parts up and down stairs
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving history and pass a DOT physical
• Interpersonal Skills the ability to interact well with employees and customers at all levels
• Ability to learn to drive our forklift
