Part time Cashier/Receptionist

Hours

Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m.-8:00p.m., and every third Saturday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Accept payment for service, parts, and sales departments
• Answer dealership phones, and greet customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist sales managers with clerical tasks
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent listening/communication skills, with attention to detail

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Good computer and accounting skills
• Honesty and integrity
